Introduction of Stone Crushing Line

Stone crushing line can be used for hard limestone, granite, basalt, gravel and aggregate of other materials, and artificial sand operation, it is also suitable for water and electricity, building materials, highway, city construction and other industry applications. It is important for the production and processing of highway pavement material, high grade pavement macadam, high-speed railway passenger dedicated line aggregate, aggregate of hydro power station, crushed stone of port and airport runway and other special field.

Main Equipment

The production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher or some other types of crushers according to the stone type, vibrating screen, belt conveyor. For different technical requirements, various combination can be selected.

Production Process

1>. The raw material is transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder,

2>. Then the crushed materials are transferred to crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing.

3>. The materials crushed by the artificial stone production line will be transferred to the vibrating screen.

4>. The materials with suitable size will be transferred to sand washing machine, after cleaned in the washer, the sand will be discharged.

5>. In the stone crushing production line, the others with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, then will be transferred to the sand making machine in the sand production line, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles.

6>. Sizes of final products will be meet our customers' requirements.
