Energy Saving Mining Ball Mill for Ores , 15KW Ball Milling Machine
Introduction:
Mining equipment energy-saving ball mill is used to grind ores and other materials to a typical product size of 35 mesh or finer. It has an open discharge end. Material flows through the trunnion as a result of the pulp gradient between the feed and discharge openings. A reverse helix in the discharge trunnion liner retains balls in the mill.
Advantages:
1. Traditional sliding bearings are replaced by double row roller bearings in small and medium size ball mills to reduce energy consumption.
2. Large ball mills adopt pitot pressure or hydrostatic bearings.
3. Air clutch system for starting the motor safely.

Working Principle:
This machine is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on.
The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can be replaced. The rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scale board. This machine runs steadily and works reliably.
